Features of EPS Continuous Cutting Machine:
1.Use PLC programmable controller and touch screen.By controlling motor to drive the chain ,it can realize the EPS block moving,meanwhile using the hot wires to cut EPS blocks to needed sheets.
2.Use horizontal and vertical hot wires to realize cutting in 3 directions.
3. Use 10KVA special transformer,60 hot wires can be used in horizontal direction while 20 hot wires in vertical direction.Large capacity transformer and well booster.
4.Frequency governor enable the easy and stable speed regulation,smooth block of the stable size.
5. 3-5 times capacity of the common cutting machine.
